The AlpenGold hotel offers a luxurious experience with stunning architecture and exceptional spa facilities. The rooms are beautifully furnished and provide amazing views, improving the overall stay. However, my recent experience with the shuttle service was frustrating as it did not pick us up as promised multiple times. The dining options are varied and tasty, making for a delightful culinary experience, but a few hiccups in service were noted during my stay.
